Crew Vision® is a Human Resources Logistics and Management tool designed to enable HR departments to visually schedule specific personnel into open positions. The open positions can be for a given duration of time called a Rotation. At the end of that Rotation, another person is assigned to that position to carry on the duties related to that position and so on.

Crew Vision® prevents assigning the same person to another position at the same time, avoiding costly mistakes that can involve travel around the world, as in the case of a cruise line or commercial shipping fleet.

Crew Vision® also allows the HR department to assign and track the status of various documents that are required for the position being filled. These documents, such as, Passports, Medical Examinations, Employment Contracts, Certifications and Licenses, are scanned and uploaded into the Crewmember's Crew Profile. This electronic documentation is stored on the Crew Vision® Server and backed up for easy access by authorized personnel and data recovery, if needed. Crew Vision® will alert and notify via email and visually any documents due to expire or that have expired. This enables the HR department the ability to stay within compliance for that position and mitigates any liability or safety concerns.

Crew Vision® offers a variety of Management Reports that can take snapshot the operation for any given date range identifying keys expenses and fleet activity. This is especially useful for historical purposes and future cost projections.
